Minutes: Neil Sanders, Director of Instructional Personnel, explained that the lists (addendum included), identify 69 teachers who need the Reading Endorsement and 191 teachers who need ESOL certification. He related serious concerns about how these state requirements are impacting our teachers. Following discussion, Connie Hrisko and Sharon Rodatz, both teachers at Middleburg High, expressed similar concerns, as did Constance Higginbotham on behalf of the teachers' union.
